Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a Mission Coordinator to support our government client and intelligence community partners. You will develop strategies and assessments to give clients actionable intelligence, while learning to validate information from SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and MASINT sources.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with multi-INT environments and tradecraft.
• 2+ years of experience supporting real-time missions and responding to ad hoc support requests.
• 2+ years of experience with various collection environments.
• Knowledge of SIGINT and multi-INT tools and products to support customer requests.
• Knowledge of SIGINT tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED).
• Ability to work a rotating shift pattern covering a 24/7 mission in a watch center environment.
• Ability to conduct on-the-job training.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• HS diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain an IC Certification within 8 months of start date

Responsibilities

• Help client understand operational landscape and mission environment.
• Explore data sources, craft effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources.
• Validate information and apply tradecraft to build assessments and collection strategies.
• Provide time-critical recommendations under pressure and in real time.
• Develop expertise in collection management, sense-making, and data modeling.
• Grow with the team by leveraging available resources to learn new skills and tools.
