Job summary

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is seeking a Mission Finding Developer to advance technology-driven missionary finding efforts. You will partner with product managers, developers, content specialists, advertising teams, and operations to uncover insights, test ideas, and drive improvements in referrals, contacts, lessons, baptisms, and cost efficiency.

You will analyze datasets, build solutions on the Microsoft stack, support global rollout, and help train Mission Finding

Responsibilities

• Reports to supervisor level in the Finding Support Center.
• Creates technology-based solutions to optimize advertising campaigns.
• Follows software development standards and writes solid code.
• Analyzes Tableau reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Synthesizes information into clear takeaways and recommendations.
• Delivers feedback from missions to product teams.
• Assists in global rollout of technology solutions.
• Develops processes to measure outputs and impact.
• Facilitates ideation, development and implementation of systems.
• Troubleshoots technology issues as they arise.
• Supports ongoing training of Mission Finding Specialists and Supervisors.
• Uses programming languages within the Microsoft platform.
• Performs any additional tasks assigned by supervisor.
