Metis Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Mission Engineer to provide critical engineering optimization for the NASA Wallops Flight Facility. This role involves significant responsibilities including mission engineering, RF link analysis, and oversight of deployments at remote sites.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, five years of relevant experience, and leadership capabilities in field operations. Candidates must be U.S. citizens or Permanent Residents and may need to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in aerospace range operations, telemetry ground systems, or mission engineering.
• Demonstrated expertise with telemetry ground systems and RF receiving equipment.
• Prior leadership experience in field environments with responsibility for technicians.

Responsibilities

• Perform mission engineering optimization for complex range systems.
• Conduct RF link analyses; evaluate performance for configuration decisions.
• Support NASA Mission Reviews and lead remote deployments as Site Lead.
