Youth For Christ USA Inc. seeks a Ministry Site Director to provide spiritual and organizational leadership across multiple ministry sites, building authentic Christ-sharing relationships with young people within the YFC model.

The role centers on recruiting and training volunteer leaders, strengthening church partnerships, and developing programming and RMAs, while modeling a life of faith and service as an associate minister.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Three years of ministry experience required.
• Ability to recruit, train and supervise volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop ministry teams at multiple sites.
• Coordinate Relational Ministry Actions (RMAs) and programming.
• Train site leaders in curriculum implementation and ministry standards.
• Build connections between local churches and ministry sites.
