Job summary

Queens Community Veterinary Clinic, a part of the ASPCA CM team, seeks a Veterinary Practice Director to lead a fast-paced nonprofit clinic in Long Island City, NY. You will drive a high-functioning team to deliver exceptional patient care and outstanding client experiences, maximizing the clinic’s local impact.

The role is on-site, with expectations for strategic planning, staffing, onboarding, and cross-team collaboration to meet CM priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 5 years in public-facing or veterinary clinic operations
• Experience managing in a veterinary clinic environment preferred
• English required, bilingual a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead a large team of managers to optimize clinic operations
• Oversee daily clinic operations for efficiency and high-quality service
• Ensure safety, compliance, and patient welfare across CM and CVC
• Partner with Regional Management Team to align with CM priorities
• Represent the ASPCA CM team with internal and external partners
