Job summary

Ops Tech Alliance is seeking an Immersive Training Actor to perform as fictional characters during interactive training sessions in Brunswick, GA. You will adapt in real time as students engage with your role and decisions shape the scenario.

Responsibilities include memorizing biographies, staying in character, and responding to unscripted interactions while following OTA safety and conduct guidelines. This part-time role emphasizes flexibility and strong stage conduct.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• U.S. Citizen or legal permanent resident.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Strong acting, improvisational, storytelling, or performance skills.
• Ability to memorize character details and maintain continuity.
• Able to perform required physical activities.
• Ability to pass background and pre-employment drug screenings.

You will receive character information and scenario objectives, then use memorization, improvisation, and performance skills to bring the role to life.
