Job summary

Jubilee Ministries in Pennsylvania is seeking a store/dock associate to provide an excellent customer service experience and operate the register while helping manage donations and maintain an organized, welcoming space that reflects our Christian mission.

This role supports our mission by upholding faith-based values, participating in staff meetings, and working a schedule Monday–Saturday with morning and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent customer service experience for everyone who enters the store or visits the dock.
• Operate the register as scheduled.
• Assist management in resolving customer concerns and returns.
• Assist in opening and closing store and dock as instructed.
• Assist in keeping shelves and racks full and displayed attractively and assist in keeping store and dock clean and organized.
• Process donations according to policy.
• Assist with loading or unloading purchases and donations.
• Be part of staff meetings and team building.
