The Salvation Army Thrift Store in Rockford, IL is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service, operate the register, and help keep the store organized and welcoming for customers and donors.

This part-time role offers $15.00 per hour with a 24-hour schedule per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. You will restock merchandise, balance the register, and collaborate with the team to meet daily sales goals.

Qualifications

• Provide friendly customer service to shoppers.
• Operate the register and process sales accurately.
• Balance the register at the end of shift.
• Restock merchandise and keep displays neat and easy to shop.
• Assist in moving and organizing merchandise on the floor.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
