Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions in Arkansas is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient care via the nursing process under the supervision of Charge Nurses. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care to support underserved patients in our facilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience.
• Have and maintain current licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing and planning individual treatment programs with the care team.
• Implement medical plans by administering medications and tests as needed.
• Count controlled substances and follow policies and protocols.
• Document nursing encounters using SOAP notes and attend required trainings.
• Communicate information to nursing staff and supervising physicians.
