Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of full-cycle recruiting in a mission-driven setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead full recruitment journey from posting to onboarding using ATS.
• Source and engage candidates via job boards, social media, events, referrals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment with mission.
• Build dynamic talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Promote ARC Voyagers employer brand.
• Analyze recruiting metrics to improve hiring decisions.
• Support onboarding and vendor partnerships to improve processes.
