Job summary

Hope Academy (Minneapolis) is seeking a Project Manager & Communications Specialist to organize and elevate marketing and communications. This role combines project management with written communications to coordinate plans, timelines, and deliverables across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism, project management, or a related field preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Marketing project management across Hope departments including Development, Recruiting & Admissions, and Academics.
• Lead Recruiting & Admissions-related marketing projects and meetings; drive deadlines and deliverables.
• Plan, write, and coordinate clear, mission-aligned communications for Hope Academy (Hope Happenings, family communications, staff communications).
• Develop communication plans for major initiatives and ensure audience-appropriate messaging and channels.
• Provide project-management and communications support for school events and initiatives.
• Help build family loyalty and engagement content, identify stories, and strengthen school community.
• Support staff engagement with content that highlights student impact and staff excellence.
