Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, 5+ years in nonprofit accounting, and CPA is preferred. Proficiency with MIP Fund or SAGE Intacct is a plus, with strong Excel and communication skills for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• CPA certification preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of non-profit accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with MIP Fund or SAGE Intacct is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations across multiple entities.
• Oversee monthly financial reporting and close processes.
• Supervise accounting and development staff.
• Coordinate with auditors for annual audit and Form 990.
