Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in nonprofit or grant-funded environments.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Exposure to Uniform Guidance and Single Audit/SEFA preparation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting functions including AP, AR, payroll, cash management, and general ledger activity.
• Manage month-end close processes, journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Assist with annual budgeting and project budget preparation.
