Job summary

NorthKey Community Care is seeking a Marketing & Community Outreach Coordinator to manage day-to-day marketing, design printed materials, maintain the WordPress site, and handle social media. This on-site role coordinates with departments and contractors, represents NorthKey at events, and ensures staff have materials for outreach.

The full-time position is on-site in Covington, KY, with occasional evenings and weekends required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field.
• Experience in marketing, communications, graphic design, or closely related role with print and social media examples.
• WordPress CMS experience; ability to learn website management platforms.
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud or similar tools for print and digital materials.
• Experience managing social media accounts and coordinating with external contractors.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel to events and work evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design, write, edit, and update brochures, flyers, signage, presentations, and other materials.
• Create and publish short-form video content for reels and campaigns.
• Manage a communications calendar and coordinate deadlines with leadership.
• Maintain branding, messaging, and quality across all materials.
• Publish social media content and monitor engagement; route inquiries appropriately.
• Coordinate with contractors on project requirements and budgets.
