Qualifications

• Current Nursing Home Administrator license; PA license preferred.
• Several years of LNHA leadership experience.
• Experience guiding teams through change while maintaining a positive culture.
• Strong knowledge of SNF operations, regulatory compliance, and finances.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Relocation assistance available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Foster accountability, teamwork, and resident-centered care.
• Provide operational, financial, and regulatory leadership for a skilled nursing community.
• Develop and mentor department leaders and engage staff.
• Partner with clinical and support teams to meet quality and performance goals.
