EPIC Care Centers INC is seeking a Director of Operations to lead, optimize, and scale its Federally Qualified Health Center operations across clinic sites, ensuring high-quality patient care and strict regulatory compliance.

This leadership role drives strategic execution, expansion, HRSA alignment, and financial stewardship while fostering a mission-driven culture focused on access, quality, and community impact.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of healthcare operations experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Direct FQHC/community health center experience is required or highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HRSA regulations, UDS reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans with measurable outcomes.
• Proven track record of improving quality, access, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across FQHC clinic sites with focus on efficiency and patient care.
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with HRSA/FQHC requirements.
• Support clinic expansion, new site launches, and service line growth.
• Oversee compliance programs and readiness for HRSA OSVs and audits.
• Partner with finance to manage budgets, cost controls, and revenue cycle performance.
• Drive improvements in quality metrics, access, and patient experience.
• Lead clinic leadership and build a high-performing, mission-driven culture.
