Job summary

First Community Church, South Campus, seeks a compassionate, organized Heart to Heart Food Pantry Program Manager to oversee daily pantry operations, support volunteers, and build community partnerships in a welcoming, respectful environment.

This full-time, exempt role blends hands-on pantry work with volunteer leadership, program administration, fundraising, and community outreach, reporting to the Minister of Mission & Justice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build constructive relationships with diverse individuals.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pantry operations.
• Support and train volunteers, and manage volunteer records.
• Develop partnerships and fundraising efforts to support pantry activities.
• Help clients access food and other resources with dignity and respect.
• Coordinate pantry logistics, events, and cross-ministry collaboration.
