NPHire is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care, STI screening, HIV prevention, and women’s health services at our nonprofit clinics in downtown Orlando and Titusville. You will work with a medical team, support staff, and on-site services to help patients navigate care and prevention.

The role requires at least 3 years of NP experience, board certification, and the ability to commute to both clinics five days a week.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Minimum 3 years nurse practitioner experience.
• Experience in STI care or HIV prevention and care.
• Women's health experience including contraception and Pap tests.
• Based in or near Orlando or Kissimmee; able to commute to both clinics.
• On-site five days a week; comfortable with evolving workflows.

Responsabilités

• Provide primary care to adult patients at Orlando and Titusville clinics.
• Manage chronic conditions, focusing on diabetes and hypertension.
• Provide STI screening, testing, and treatment including HIV, chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, and hepatitis C.
• Deliver HIV prevention care, including PrEP and PEP, coordinating with HIV specialist.
• Provide women's health services including contraception and Pap tests.
• See patients for follow-ups after ER visits, routine visits, and physicals.
• See about 20 patients per eight-hour shift with assigned medical team.
• Coordinate with case managers and social workers for patient services.
• Document accurately in EMR and adapt to workflow changes.
