NPHire in Orlando, FL is seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care across two Orlando sites and one Titusville site. You will manage chronic diseases, perform STI/HIV prevention and women’s health services, and collaborate with an on-site team to deliver comprehensive care to a diverse patient population.

The role features a strong support team, EMR documentation duties, and a gradual ramp-up with training.

Qualifications

• Active Florida APRN license.
• Based in or near Orlando or Kissimmee and able to commute to Orlando and Titusville clinics.
• Available to work on-site five days a week.
• Experience in sexual health, STI care, or HIV prevention and care.
• Women’s health experience including contraception and Pap tests.

Responsabilités

• Provide primary care to adult patients at Orlando and Titusville clinics.
• Manage chronic conditions, focusing on diabetes and hypertension.
• Provide STI screening, testing, and treatment including HIV, chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, and hepatitis C.
• Deliver HIV prevention care, including PrEP and PEP, coordinating with HIV specialist.
• Provide women’s health services including contraception counseling and Pap tests.
• See patients for follow-ups after ER visits, routine visits, and physicals.
• Coordinate with case managers and social workers to connect patients with services.
• Document accurately in the EMR and adapt to updated workflows.
