Qualifications
- No prior financial services experience required; many advisors transition from military or other careers.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with clients.
- Willingness to obtain Series 6, 63 and state insurance licenses with training and sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand financial goals, aspirations, and concerns.
- Develop comprehensive financial plans covering investments, insurance, and retirement.
- Recommend and implement insurance strategies to protect clients' assets and income.
- Build and maintain a client network through referrals, community involvement, and professional associations.
