Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years in accounting/financial management.
• 3-5+ years nonprofit accounting experience.
• Knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit accounting principles.
• Experience with grant accounting and donor-restricted funds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting and cash management.
• Lead month-end close and financial reporting to leadership.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash planning.
• Coordinate audit processes and internal controls.
