Qualifications

• Compliance with FQHC requirements including TB test and COVID-19 vaccination.
• Experience working with vulnerable populations including women and LGBTQ community.
• Medical Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and treatments of patients in outpatient or street settings.
• Serve as the primary care provider for a panel of patients.
• Complete documentation and lock progress notes timely.
