Job summary

Arc, Fayette is seeking an Executive Director to lead the agency serving individuals with intellectual disability and autism. You will report to the Board, set strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, financial health, and community integration while guiding staff and programs toward sustainable growth.

The role emphasizes culture-driven leadership, clear communication, accountability, and building a strong leadership bench across multi-site operations, partnerships, and ongoing policy changes

Qualifications

• Must possess a Master’s Degree or above or a Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years in administration or human services.
• Must possess all mandated state and federal clearances.
• Preferred: senior leadership or management experience in an ODP-funded or comparable human services organization, and experience managing budgets, audits, and a multi-site workforce.

Responsibilities

• Develops and directs organizational strategy in partnership with the Board, including measurable goals and regular progress reports.
• Leads organizational change and growth, evaluating new services against mission, capacity, and financial sustainability.
• Develops policies, procedures and philosophies reflecting regulatory and ODP changes; reviews them regularly.
