The position requires a Master’s degree and relevant teaching credentials, with preferred experience in dual-enrollment or AP courses and a Florida teaching certification.

Formación

• Education: Master’s Degree in the relevant academic discipline or a Master’s Degree with a minimum of 18 graduate credit hours in the subject area.
• Preferred qualifications: Prior experience teaching dual-enrollment, AP, or higher education courses.
• Florida teaching certification or relevant college-level teaching credentials.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use office equipment for extended periods.
• Able to lift and move materials up to 25 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Instructional Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver college-level instruction for dual-enrollment courses.
• Classroom Management: Maintain an engaging, structured, and spiritually supportive learning environment.
• Student Assessment: Evaluate and grade coursework, exams, and assignments with feedback.
• Work Schedule Flexibility: Manage course delivery across an adjustable schedule and terms.
• Mission Alignment: Integrate biblical principles into classroom culture and community outreach.
• Communication: Maintain regular communication with school leadership, parents, and students.
