Job summary

Hill Country Community Clinic is seeking a full-time Dentist (DDS/DMD) to join our integrated care team in Redding and Round Mountain, CA. The Dentist will provide comprehensive dental services, coordinate care across locations, and ensure compliance with health regulations.

Required licensure includes CA DDS/DMD and DEA, with Basic Life Support. We offer a robust benefits package and NHSC loan repayment options, along with malpractice coverage and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Active California Dental License, free of disciplinary action.
• Active DEA license.
• Current Basic Life Support.
• Knowledge of laws, rules, regulations and practices of dentistry.
• Ability to perform dental hygienist and dental assistant duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform dental services including examinations, prophylaxis, fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns and bridges; radiographs.
• Diagnose dental conditions, evaluate oral health, plan and provide treatment.
• Maintain documentation to comply with federal requirements and report progress.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and agency rules.
• Coordinate care across two clinic locations (Redding and Round Mountain) for continuity.
