Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Cyber Warfare Engineer in Texas to join a mission-focused cyber team defending national security. You will identify vulnerabilities, conduct testing, and develop exploits across systems and networks, applying advanced engineering skills and mentoring colleagues.

Required: TS/SCI clearance, 5+ years in cybersecurity, 3+ years in penetration testing or red/purple team operations, and experience with risk frameworks and scripting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with cybersecurity tools and techniques.
• 3+ years of experience with penetration testing or red or purple team operations.
• 3+ years using risk frameworks, including NIST RMF, MITRE ATT&CK/D3FEND, or Diamond Model
• 3+ years programming with Python, C/C++, Java, PowerShell, or Bash scripting
• Experience with Blue Force Operations and building/testing virtual machines such as VirtualBox, VMWare, or Parallels
• Experience with cyber physical systems, architectures, and protocols
• Ability to be self-motivated, work independently and in a team environment, and mentor junior team members
• TS/SCI clearance; HS diploma or GED; ability to obtain Security+ within 3 months

Responsibilities

• Identify vulnerabilities and threat vectors across systems and networks.
• Develop exploits and engineer attack methodologies.
• Perform reconnaissance and analyze open-source intelligence.
• Conduct enumeration and target profiling to support cyber efforts.
• Mentor and supervise team members.
