Job summary

Native American Rights Fund (NARF) seeks a dynamic Chief Operating Officer to lead Finance, Development, IT, Facilities, HR, and Communications. The COO will partner with the Executive Director to align operations with NARF’s mission, manage growth, and prepare the organization for the future.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree; an advanced degree in business, finance, or law is preferred. Experience with Native American communities or mission-driven nonprofits is highly valued.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Advanced degree in business, finance, law, or related field preferred.
  • Experience with Native American communities, Tribal governments, or native advocacy organizations is desirable.
