Job summary

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Anne Carlsen Center leads day-to-day operations across programs and services, reporting to the CEO and serving as a key member of the executive team. Collaborating with the CFO, HR, and program directors, the COO oversees budgeting, performance metrics, and quality improvements, ensuring fiscal sustainability

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in healthcare, business management/administration or related field.
• Five years of proven leadership experience in a senior executive role within the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and 24/7 oversight.
• Develop operational strategic plan with the Executive Team.
• Align department objectives with organization-wide goals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial metrics.
