Qualifications

• 2-year degree in a related field (4-year preferred).
• Three years of multifamily property management experience; tax credit experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; Yardi experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication; second language a plus.
• Reliable with time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maximize occupancy, collections, and resident retention.
• Oversee daily operations and supervise staff.
• Coordinate maintenance and vendor activities.
• Ensure compliance with housing programs (Section 8, etc.).
• Manage move-ins/outs and rent collections.
