Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is required; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience, with executive operations background.
- Strong communication, leadership, and policy interpretation skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive financial oversight and strategic direction for the organization and affiliate.
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, audit coordination, and financial reporting.
- Oversee HR, compliance, risk, contracts, and operations across the nonprofit.
