Job summary

LeoForce in the United States/Canada is seeking a C-level financial leader to guide the nonprofit’s strategic direction, budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning. You will partner with the CEO and Board to deliver transparent financial reporting and drive long-term sustainability.

The role requires expertise in GAAP nonprofit accounting, audits, and donor funding management, with experience in government contracts and LIHTC.

Qualifications

C-Level finance leadership experience in a nonprofit setting.
Experience with GAAP nonprofit accounting standards.
Proven track record in audits and regulatory reporting.
Strong grants and donor funding management.
Experience with LIHTC, tax filings, and government contracts.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic financial leadership aligned with mission and long-term sustainability.
Oversee GAAP nonprofit accounting, internal controls, and regulatory reporting responsibilities.
Lead treasury, cash flow forecasting, risk management, and investment oversight.
Manage grants, donor funding, government contracts, and reporting requirements.
Provide financial oversight for real estate assets, asset management, and capital projects.
Lead and develop a high-performing finance team and liaise with auditors, lenders, and regulators.
