Qualifications
5+ years of senior financial leadership experience, preferably in a nonprofit or human services environment.
Proven ability to manage complex budgets and audits.
High integrity, sound judgment, and commitment to ethical financial stewardship.
Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day accounting operations.
Analyze and present accurate financial reports to executive leadership.
Lead annual budgeting and financial planning.
Ensure timely month- and year-end close processes.
Coordinate and manage external/internal audits.
Skills
Strong leadership and supervisory experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Deep knowledge of Medicaid billing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Expertise in nonprofit fund accounting
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
Master’s or CPA preferred
