Job summary

NiCE is seeking a mission-driven AI Product Manager to build ethical, high-impact AI solutions for Public Safety and Justice. You will bridge ML capabilities with real-world needs of first responders, dispatchers, and legal professionals, defining products to improve emergency response and streamline judicial workflows.

You will evaluate AI models and partner with engineering to prioritize a responsible roadmap within regulatory constraints, driving measurable KPIs across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years delivering SaaS offerings to market.
• 1–3 years working with Generative AI technologies.
• Foundational understanding of the ML lifecycle (data labeling, training, testing, deployment).
• Analytical mindset: using data to justify product decisions and measure KPIs.
• Excellent ability to synthesize complex technical trends into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery interviews with public safety and legal stakeholders to identify AI-enabled improvements.
• Define product requirements, user stories, and specs for engineering and data science teams.
• Perform competitive analysis to identify feature gaps and market opportunities.
• Monitor AI trends and assess integration of new models into workflows responsibly.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on impact, feasibility, and regulatory constraints.
