Accenture Federal Services in the United States is seeking AI/ML engineers to build scalable ML solutions that support federal missions. You will design, develop, and deploy models and data workflows, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver mission‑critical AI products.

The role emphasizes hands‑on scripting (Python/JS/Rust), ML pipelines in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP), and MLOps maturity.

Qualificações

• Hands-on scripting in Python, JavaScript or Rust.
• Experience developing models at scale from inception to business impact.
• Experience with major deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, TensorRT, PyTorch, HuggingFace).
• Hands-on experience with MLOps and CI/CD toolsets (MLFlow, WandB, Airflow, Kubeflow, GitLab CI, DVC).
• Experience deploying ML pipelines in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Design and develop novel architectures; define use cases and benchmarks.
• Experience deploying and maintaining models in production.
• Experience handling large datasets and analytics workloads.
• U.S. Citizenship (No Dual citizenship).

Responsabilidades

• Develop MLOps frameworks and workflows for a variety of domains and applications
• Deploy, maintain, and optimize ML models and data processes in production
• Develop custom AI/ML algorithms that translate into mission value
• Experiment, evaluate, and fine‑tune models to improve accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML models into products and services
