Job summary

HQ Space Force in Crystal City, VA is seeking a senior developer to build visualization and web applications for mission critical projects. You will influence the design and implementation of the virtual infrastructure supporting HQSF operations.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years’ analytical experience, strong Power Platform skills, data visualization expertise, and SharePoint development. Independence in high-visibility tasks is essential, with potential travel and a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience applying analytical techniques to program issues.
• Proficiency in the MS Power Platform: Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Power Pages.
• Data analysis and visualization including dashboards; knowledge of DAX is a plus.
• Experience optimizing data processes and turning reports into automated dashboards.
• Extensive SharePoint development experience and KM principles.
• Familiarity with configuration management and lifecycle concepts.
• Strong documentation of problem analysis and resolutions.
• Knowledge of US Space Force HQ and Air Force structure.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, implement, and maintain information management structures and related HQSF apps.
• Ensure compliance with HQSF information systems regulations.
• Follow privacy and security standards outlined by USSF.
• Support form services, custom reporting, custom workflow, PowerApps, Power Automate, and fixes.
• Maintain QA/QC standards on the HQSF Site Collection.
• Assist in designing and customizing solutions on various platforms for HQSF.
• Ensure HQSF audits are performed bi-weekly.
• Oversee architectural design and integration of content management, portals, updates, and collaboration.
