JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to western test ranges for DoD programs. The Tactical Command and Control Operator role focuses on controlling and coordinating assets during mission activity at UTTR, with emphasis on safety, system operation, and objective achievement.

Applicants should have 4–8 years with electronic systems and radar knowledge, the ability to work demanding schedules, and the potential requirement to obtain a government security clearance.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a military Air Intercept Control school or Air Weapons Control school.
• 4 to 8 years of experience with electronic systems, radars, and communications/video systems.
• Must obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

Responsabilités

• Conduct training mission objectives on the UTTR using applicable systems for each mission.
• Set up, operate, and monitor communications networks, LINK terminals, and radar displays to ensure mission success.
• Provide positive control of assets during assigned missions, ensuring safety and training objectives are met.
• Maintain knowledge of USAF systems, capabilities, and doctrines.
• Interface with UTTR supervisor and customer to ensure training objectives are met.
• Coordinate with project director and customer to align test objectives with scheduled systems and flights.
• Assist with scheduling and administrative requirements.
• Comply with safety directives from UTTR Air Traffic Controllers.
