Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates or higher degree in Computer/Information Technology or equivalent training.
• 3+ years of progressive relevant experience.
• Knowledge of general network administration, troubleshooting, and repair.

Responsibilities

• Supports all system-related issues for assigned systems.
• Monitors systems for health and performance.
• Provides hands-on server support and maintains documentation.
• Collaborates with Cyber Security and other IT teams to ensure security and integrity.
