Job summary

ChenegaNaswikInternational, LLC is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Security and Emergency Management Directorate in managing Enterprise Access Control Services. This role oversees daily security operations, personnel supervision, contract compliance, and protection of MDA personnel, facilities, and assets.

The ideal candidate will lead mission-critical security programs, drive quality initiatives, and contribute to national defense operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/experience with 8+ years in related field.
• 6+ years of management experience in security, law enforcement, or related security org.
• 8+ years in security with 6 years in supervisory roles.
• 6+ years in analytical decision-making and operational management.
• 6+ years in physical security operations.
• Previous experience as Site Manager or Site Supervisor.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead security personnel in access control, visitor management, alarm response, and dispatch.
• Ensure daily operations comply with contract, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with managers to support mission objectives and effectiveness.
• Oversee CAC, badge administration, and security control center operations.
• Ensure staff training and qualifications.
• Support emergency response and incident handling.
• Manage training schedules and certifications.
• Oversee training records and workforce development.
• Conduct quality reviews for compliance with policies and JQS.
• Support special projects and program enhancements.
• Assist government property accountability and inventory tracking.
• Perform other duties as assigned
