The role supports electronic security and low-voltage work, including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and power and pathway infrastructure. Collaboration with security integrators, electrical contractors, IT, and trades is essential, with strict attention to pathway accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent field experience in construction management or electrical disciplines.
• Knowledge of access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and low-voltage systems.
• Ability to read one-line diagrams and panel schedules; understand conduit and pathway design.
• Ability to coordinate security scope with multiple trades and protect confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Supports electronic security and low-voltage package (access control, CCTV, intrusion detection).
• Reviews device layouts against electrical drawings, ensuring power and backups are adequate.
• Coordinates conduit, pathway, and rough-in with electrical, IT, and structural teams.
• Manages submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings with disciplined turnaround.
• Tracks device counts, head-end gear, and long-lead components to meet the schedule.
• Coordinates system architecture and credentialing with owner and integrator teams.
• Supports startup, testing, commissioning, and documentation for security systems.
• Maintains document control and handles sensitive project information per site security.
