Job summary

IDR, Inc. in Lexington, KY is seeking a .NET Application Support Developer to join our team.

You will provide day-to-day production support for mission-critical .NET applications, ensuring stability and reliability for end users in a structured, process-driven environment. You will investigate incidents, troubleshoot defects, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to drive timely resolutions.

Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with .NET, C#, and ASP.NET Core in enterprise environments.
Experience troubleshooting production applications and incident management.
Root-cause analysis and problem resolution best practices.
Ability to analyze logs and identify patterns leading to defects.
Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day production support for .NET applications, ensuring stability.
Investigate incidents, troubleshoot defects, and perform root-cause analysis.
Analyze logs, debug code, and implement fixes to improve performance.
