Job summary

A construction management company is seeking a MEP Manager to coordinate and manage the commissioning process on Mission Critical projects. The ideal candidate must have over 5 years of experience in MEP construction and commissioning management, strong knowledge in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and low-voltage systems, and excellent communication skills. This role involves leading project teams, overseeing subcontractors, and ensuring quality assurance throughout the commissioning process.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with MEP construction and commissioning management.
• Thorough knowledge of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and low-voltage systems.
• Commissioning experience on large-scale Mission Critical projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the effort in coordinating and managing the commissioning process.
• Manage Commissioning Software (CxAlloy) for the project.
• Review contract documents and project documents related to installation and equipment.
