A leading general contractor based in San Francisco seeks an MEP Coordinator to manage the planning and commissioning of MEP equipment. This role is pivotal in Mission Critical environments and involves coordinating with subcontractors, tracking construction progress, and ensuring documentation is in order. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Science and advanced experience in MEP installation. Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of experience with large commercial construction projects preferred.
Experience with PLCs, control systems, process instrumentation, and/or building management systems.
Ability to read and understand plans and specifications.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the MEP model and review MEP submittals.
Assist Project Management Team with Preconstruction MEP information management.
Track MEP related construction progress and organize startup documentation.
