Job summary

Cherokee Nation Integrated Health, part of Cherokee Federal, seeks an Information Technology Network Support Specialist to ensure reliable IT infrastructure within the 81 MDG environment. Role covers hardware, software, and network troubleshooting, server room monitoring, and vendor coordination.

Must be a US citizen with potential to obtain a Public Trust clearance. Starting salary range is $45,000–$60,000 for full-time employment with medical, dental, vision, 401K, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Cisco CCNA/CCDA and Security+ certifications required or expected.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Experience documenting IT systems, downtime causes, and performance reports.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve hardware, software, and network malfunctions.
• Perform minor hardware/software/network maintenance and installations.
• Continuously monitor server room conditions and respond to alerts.
• Provide LAN server support including network communications hardware, software, and security.
