Qualifications

• TS/SCI with polygraph clearance required.
• Ten years’ experience as a program or project manager.
• Experience in requirements analysis and resource allocation.
• Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, DoD 5000 series, and ICD 801 policies.

• Lead a team providing software development support to IC missions.
• Manage proposal volumes through the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with program control teams to develop costing models.
• Communicate daily with corporate leadership to secure resources.
