Job summary

Qualifications

• Vocational or high school diploma or equivalent with 5 years of maintenance experience.
• Experience across electrical, carpentry, painting, plumbing, welding, drywall basics.
• Ability to troubleshoot and interpret diagrams and specs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general and specialized trade tasks (electrical, carpentry, painting, plumbing, welding).
• Maintain facility infrastructure including fencing and gates.
• Develop supply estimates and gather data for safety and cost planning.
• Interpret blueprints and comply with safety regulations (OSHA, NEC).
• Inspect and repair locks; ensure safety and access control.
• Lift up to 50 pounds; work on ladders and varied terrains.
