Job summary

Aperio Global is seeking a Principal Analytic Developer to support the Access Discovery & Tradecraft mission at Fort Meade, MD. You will join a collaborative team to design, build, and maintain mission-critical software used daily by intelligence analysts, delivering rapid capabilities that have immediate operational impact.

The role provides exposure to full-stack development across UI to backend services, with direct end-user interaction and iterative delivery in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience designing, developing, and implementing full-stack software solutions.
• Strong software engineering experience supporting enterprise or mission applications.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Ability to work onsite in Fort Meade, MD.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain mission-critical full-stack applications
• Collaborate directly with intelligence analysts to rapidly develop and deliver new capabilities
• Enhance and maintain a widely used operational application supporting mission workflows
• Develop responsive user interfaces and scalable backend services
• Build and integrate RESTful services with enterprise data sources
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
• Participate in Agile software development and continuous delivery efforts
• Troubleshoot, enhance, and modernize existing application capabilities
