Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Full Stack Engineer (Application Software) to join a fast-paced team building mission-critical applications that enable SpaceX operations and Starlink growth. You will own end-to-end software development, from design to deployment, collaborating with engineers across disciplines.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in full stack development, modern web technologies, and a passion for solving hard problems on a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering or 2+ years of software development experience.
• Experience in full stack development.
• Proficiency in Python, C#.NET, Go, Java, or similar OO language.
• Experience with version control, CI/CD, testing and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop highly reliable software solutions used across SpaceX.
• Create new applications to improve how SpaceX operates.
• Build prototypes to prove out key design concepts and quantify constraints.
• Own all aspects of software engineering and product development.
• Deep dive into users' problems to find efficient solutions and contribute to architecture, design, and code reviews.
