Paragon Technology Group, Inc. seeks a full-range Network Engineer to address DoD requests in a fast-paced, mission-critical command environment. You will diagnose and resolve network-based concerns across classified systems.

You will design, implement, and maintain Joint Command networks, ensuring connectivity, security, and optimal performance. Responsibilities include installing networks, configuring devices, monitoring performance, and implementing disaster recovery.

Qualifications

• TOP SECRET Clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree in IT-related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer networks including VPNs, routers, and other network devices.
• Creating firewalls and updating virus protection software and data security systems to keep data and communications protected.
• Monitoring computer systems to improve network performance for all systems
• Troubleshooting, resolving, and communicating networking issues to other employees and management
• Implementing disaster recovery procedures
• Maintaining current knowledge and understanding of security and networking best practices to offer the best solutions and protection to company systems
• Working with cloud-based network services.
• Installing and maintaining firewalls and other security systems.
• Monitoring network traffic and performance.
• Troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
• Updating and upgrading network hardware and software.
• Developing and implementing network security policies.
