Job summary

BryceTech is hiring a DevSecOps Engineer to design, deploy, and support secure containerized systems for mission-critical environments. You will build and maintain secure pipelines, automate IaC, and work closely with software, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams.

The role may require after-hours support during exercises or live events, with on-site work at our Suffolk, VA facility. A DoD-style mindset and strong collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active DoW Secret clearance or above required.
• 6+ years of system/DevOps/DevSecOps experience including cross-team collaboration.
• Experience with Kotlin, Kafka, containers and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and sustain secure DevSecOps pipelines and environments.
• Develop automation, IaC, scripts, and config artifacts for delivery and operation.
• Support deployments across development, test, and production environments.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure secure, compliant system integration.
• Provide technical status, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
