A Bachelor's degree in fields such as Analytics or Information Systems is required, alongside strong skills in data visualization tools like Power BI and the ability to communicate insights effectively. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Information Systems, Human-Computer Interaction, Design or related field.
• Experience with Power BI and dashboard development.
• Ability to work in collaborative, team-based environments.
• Support operational or analytical use cases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver dashboards that provide timely, actionable insights for Army operations.
• Create visualizations that simplify complex data for technical and non-technical users.
• Integrate dashboards into platforms like SharePoint.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analysts, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation and consistency of metrics across systems.
• Support data-driven decision-making by presenting clear insights.
• Assist in improving data visualization processes and tools.
